Massimiliano Viel studied piano, electronic music, composition and conducting with, among the others, Azio Corghi, Klaus Huber, Brian Ferneyhough, Franco Donatoni e Tristan Murail. Being a composer, a keyboard player, a sound designer, he had the opportunity to work with ensemble and orchestras all over Europe and with composers such as Luciano Berio and Karlheinz Stockhausen. In the meantime he developed his personal aesthetic research and his technical skills composing works for acoustic & electronic instruments, soloists & orchestras.
