3 Swimmers were a postpunk band from Seattle, Washington. Leader, main singer, and guitarist Mark Smith, and keyboardist-singer Mackenzie Smith (no relation) formed the band in 1981 or 1982. The keyboardist (and occassional vocalist) Colin McDonnell left the band in 1983 to work on his solo project, Cinema 90.
