The Sleeping Years has been played on NTS in shows including Love Drain, featured first on 14 July 2016. Songs played include The King Grows Tired.

The Sleeping Years is the new project for ex-Catchers singer Dale Grundle. The Sleeping Years released a trilogy of EPs in handmade covers in 2007, ‘You and Me Against The World’,, ‘Setting fire to sleepy towns’ and 'Clocks and clones'. The debut album 'We're becoming islands one by one' was released on Talitres Records in Europe and Rocketgirl in the UK and Ireland in 2008.
