Funky Junction has been played on NTS shows including Afrobuddha Presents: Spirits Frequency, with Voices 2000 (Lost & Found Original Dub Miix) first played on 14 October 2013.

Back in 1972, Phil Lynott of Thin Lizzy made a tribute album to Deep Purple with Eric Bell, Brian Downey, Benny White and Dave Lennox. They called that project Funky Junction.
