Independent, Los Angeles–based DJ, producer, and artist Drewbyrd releases his anticipated debut EP “Mr. Big Dog, Please Press Play” — a project that bridges the raw energy of dance, hip-hop, house, and R&B music. Known for his work with globally respected artists and his presence DJ'ing across LA’s most sought-after parties, Drewbyrd now steps fully into his own spotlight. The EP captures the balance between confidence and vulnerability — club records that hit with purpose but live in emotion and movement. Following viral singles like “Fast Money” (with DaBoii & 22nd Jim) and the recent “Apologize” (with Gwen Bunn), Drewbyrd continues to prove that his sound can be global — transcending borders while still rooted in California culture. A five-song project, featuring additional collaborations with UK rapper Sainté and Oakland’s rising singer Shanté, the EP is fully produced by Drewbyrd himself.
