Lunchbox has been played on NTS in shows including Idle Hands w/ Zane Landreth, featured first on 21 October 2020. Songs played include Dolemite, I Really Wanna Know and Dream Parade.

Lunchbox is a young artist from the Bronx who emerged in the underground/soundcloud rap scene in the early 2020's. He is a large figure in the rising "rage rap" genre of music drawing inspiration from other figures such as Yeat and Playboi Carti. In 2022, Lunch met up with Amir, a producer who was the key figure in the "Newjazz" scene of music. They worked and eventually led up to Lunch's 2023 mixtape called New Jazz, which influenced a whole subgenre within trap music.
