Staples Jr. Singers has been played on NTS in shows including Carolina Soul, featured first on 23 April 2017. Songs played include When Do We Get Paid, Send It On Down and On My Journey Home.

The Staples Jr. Singers were a mysteriously named soul and gospel group with no direct connection whatsoever to the famous The Staple Singers. The Staples Jr. Singers were just big fans, who more or less named themselves after the 'real' Staples.
