Zara has been played on NTS shows including Giovanna, with Breathe first played on 5 November 2022.

There are, at least, five artists known as Zara.

1) A female singer/songwriter of pop music based in London. In Spring 2011 Zara Kershaw released her debut 5 track EP "Glass Silhouette"

2) A recording / performance name of Neşe Zara Yılmaz (b. 15 Jan 1976, in Istanbul), a Turkish folk singer & actress.

3) A UK female-fronted Gary Numan covers band

4) Zarifa Pashaevna Mgoyan, known as Зара (in Russian), a Russian pop singer.

5) The Melbourne-based artist utilises intricate rhythms and deep atmospheres to draw out expressive qualities in music. Whether it’s IDM, drum and bass, or techno, the kinesis.recordings label-head fuses it all with an enigmatic sense of delicacy.
