Amari Deshawn Middleton (born May 20, 2003), professionally known as OsamaSon, is a recording artist and record producer from Goose Creek, South Carolina and born in Columbus, Ohio. He is known for his experimental sound—dubbed "flex musix" after the eponymous 2023 album Flex Musix—which is characterized by a heavy usage of booming, dark plugg derived 808s and melodic synths either inspired by or taken from rage.

OsamaSon started rapping in mid-2020, releasing his first project, Im Da Man, in August of 2021. After had releasing a slew of projects throughout 2021 and 2022, exclusively through SoundCloud, OsamaSon would see his first success in the underground scene in April 2023, with the song “cts-v” He would see similar success with his follow-up single, “Thuggin W My Rounds” the same month.

On July 21, 2023, OsamaSon would release his debut studio album, Osama Season, which would earn him immediate success, thanks to songs such as "Werkin", “Kutta,” “Lil O,” and most notably “X & Sex,” getting attention through social media. He would earn himself a record deal with Atlantic Records around the time Osama Season released.

Since the release of Osama Season, OsamaSon has continued to release music, with his follow-up single, “Trenches,” capturing the same success as his previous singles. OsamaSon has also been seen collaborating with other underground artists, such as Nettspend and Slump6s. Eventually a collaboration project between Osamason and ohsxnta would release on 28th March 2023 titled Ohsama, with production from various plugg and dark plugg producers.

On December 8, 2023, OsamaSon released his highly anticipated sophomore album, Flex Musix. OsamaSon would then enter the year 2024 with the release of FLXTRA, the official deluxe to Flex Musix, on February 16.

On January 24, 2025, OsamaSon would release his third commercial album, Jump Out, after months of teasing, hype and disruption from leakers. It would be the South Carolina rapper's first entry on the Billboard 200, debuting at #151, selling 9,000 copies in its first week. Notable songs from this project include Made Sum Plans (being the only song so far from the mixtape to surpass 10 million streams on Spotify), Ref, Frontin, and Room 156. He would release the bonus tracks for Jump Out (later redubbed the deluxe) on January 28, 2025, adding 2 new tracks previously viewed as 'grails' from fans - Logo and Luv.

On October 10, 2025, Osamason would release his fourth solo studio album psykotic, having been announced on the 3rd of May shortly after the release of Jump Out and it being his second major release of 2025. It's notable for its unique take on the Rage sound, incorporating more aggressive, abstract, and sometimes creepy production with DRACO.FM taking over creative control of the production, rather than OK and his lighter sound on the previous album.
