Kaela has been played on NTS in shows including Kaitlyn Aurelia-Smith , featured first on 2 September 2024. Songs played include Ending (Skull Waterfall) and Earth To Sea (Kaela Remix).

Kaela is the new shorter artist name for LA-based musician Kaela Sinclair. With a decade+ under her belt as a vocalist and instrumentalist, as well as songwriter and producer, Kaela has uniquely woven together her classical and jazz background and her extensive touring and recording experience with the synth-heavy French band M83 (whom she joined in 2016) as well as major pop acts such as Troye Sivan and blackbear. Her music is experimental, DIY, cinematic and pop wrapped up in songs that are equally bold, self-loathing, and gentle. Kaela wants to help us transcend, while admitting that she is often striving to do so herself.
