Duppy has been played on NTS in shows including TRAVS PRESENTS, featured first on 13 September 2024. Songs played include Real Talk, Bread Boy Shit and Bare Trainers.

There are three acts called Duppy.

1) Grime MC/producer hailing from South London.

2) Formed in early 2007, this south London band revolves around the creative partnership between multi-instrumentalist Olee (vocals / synths / saxophone) and bass-freak Darran Smith (vocals / guitars).

Duppy blend style and intellect in slices of reflective electro-pop, with vocal harmonies at the forefront of intricate, emotive composition. They draw comparison with artists such as Human League, Duran Duran, The Whip, and the melodic intensity of tracks such as ‘Weapon’ and ‘Loudmouth’ bring to mind the likes of Japan and Goldfrapp.
