Housepainters from Amsterdam, The Netherlands, started as a home-recording project in 2022, but the three piece finds itself on a middle ground between wave-punk and dub merging into gloomy yet upbeat tunes. Following a bunch of singles for the Bongo Joe and Magnetron labels, their full-length debut album, Housepainters, came out in October 2024.
