Jasper William Johnson (Born February 18, 2005) better known as Lil Shine is a Pluggnb artist from Minneapolis, Minnesota. Considered to be one of the Pluggnb pioneers, Shine started making music in 2017 at just 12 years old. Rising to popularity in 2019 as a 14 year old rapper who was seen as a novelty or a joke to some. From 2020 to 2021 he was a member of Reptilian Club Boyz before the group disbanded.

Lil Shine has five official projects which consist of "SH!NE", "Heavenly Ascension", "Losing Myself", "Lovesick", and most recently "Shine Forever".

Lil Shine is continuing to rise in popularity. His honed in sound, on top of being so young, make him out as one of the most impressive artists in recent memory, and one that has a lot of staying power and longevity.
