Violet Poison has been played on NTS shows including Who's That Girl? w/ Leyla Pillai , with The Act first played on 4 July 2017.

Violet Poison is the dark/esoteric side-project of Francesco Baudazzi, a.k.a. Obtane. It has released two albums so far, Voices From The Hell (2013) and Sovrastrutture (2014).

It is also the name of the experimental/hybrid Techno vinyl-only label, run by Baudazzi together with Berlin artist Shapednoise. The label is inspired by the great Italian horror-movies directors from the 1960-1970s, and from obscure producers of vintage electronica and harsh noise/industrial music.
