Radere has been played on NTS shows including Knee Deep , with A Pouring Out Of Sleep first played on 26 November 2013.

Radere is the alias of Philadelphia-based artist Carl Ritger, whose work primarily explores the shadowy gulf that exists between drone and noise – blurring electronics, guitars and location recordings into densely textured sonic monoliths.

Radere’s recordings have found their way to light via a slew of independent labels, including Full Spectrum, Moodgadget, basic_sounds (RIP) and Futuresequence, among others. He also conducts ongoing collaborations with Sun Hammer, offthesky, Ten And Tracer, Cody Yantis and Anduin; as well as John Templeton, alongside whom he comprises the experimental techno vehicle Coward.

Currently, he is a resident DJ with the City of Brotherly Love’s own 1694 / Curious Dream, as well as a member of the Denver-based ambient crew CELE.
