BSA Gold has been played on NTS shows including Alexander Nut, with In The Light Of Spring first played on 22 November 2025.

Born to Ethiopian immigrants in Washington, DC, BSA Gold studied flute and concert music, strongly inspired by the traditional sounds of her ancestry. Consumed by jazz, funk, hip hop, and the sounds of Pharoah Sanders and Sun Ra, she began experimenting with synths and electronic grooves, exploring the possibilities for composition and taking shape as a producer and songwriter.
