Johann Kloos has been played on NTS in shows including Tilly, featured first on 27 April 2026. Songs played include Get Yourself Together.

I am a Salford-based musician and composer. I play the guitar, synthesiser, clarinet, drums and er, sing. I have belonged to various bands including Ha Ha Said The Car, Erick, The Willy Brandt Co-Operative, Johnny Student and Dollyrocker. With Erick I took part in the making of three albums released on Fragment, our own independent label. I have made two solo albums "Magic from The Attic," (Fragment 1991) and "Down There From Up Here." (Self-released 2003) In 1994 I performed as part of the Harlow College Community Arts Drama Group. We were finalists in the Lloyds Bank Theatre Challenge, and performed at the National Theatre, London. In 1995, I travelled to Chicago to produce a demo tape for a band called True Colors, which resulted in major label interest and more live work for the group. I have helped promote concerts in the Manchester area as a member of Red Rec Promotions, including a fundraiser for Stop the War.

I make music that would be ideal for film/television, so any film makers/producers please get in touch. You can hear my music at:
