Novecento has been played on NTS shows including Soul in Paradise w/ Jamma Dee, with Wait For Me (Club Mix) first played on 17 November 2016.

Novecento moved through a variety of styles from 1984 onward starting with an italo/synthpop sound, later moving into rock, jazz and funk. The members, siblings Giuseppe, Lino and Rossana Nicolosi together with singer Dora Carofiglio previously worked together on the earliest releases by Valerie Dore and other italo projects such as Angie Care, Domina and Amnésie With The Nicolosi Family.
