As a part of Nina Kraviz’s well-known трип label, the enigmatic Russian producer and DJ has taken leaps and bounds with a series of memorable performances. These have been propped up by his abilities as a producer – the latest example of which being shown in his brand new EP: ‘Pornographic Novel’.

An homage to the 90’s Russian porn phenomenon, Dubyshkin’s music is refreshingly peculiar. The 6-track release provides a delightful combination of groove-embedded basslines, uplifting vocal samples; accordion sounds of the sea and the sharpest of snares.
