Otis Read was born in NYC in 1953(!) and ended up glued to RI (after living in New Jersey, CT, and Italy for stints of various times). Otis produced a bunch of instrumental recordings for North Star Records in the 1980's and finally took the time to record "Turn A Page" a collection his own tunes - on which he sings.
