Mauro Pawlowski & The Grooms has been played on NTS shows including Fire Shuffle w/ Steve Davis & Kavus Torabi , with The Unreachable first played on 8 July 2018.

Band formed in 2003 by some of the great musicians in the belgian music scene.

Early Summer 2003, the new Mauro band was unveiled. A new band name "Mauro Pawlowski and the Grooms", and not to be confused with The Grooms has meant a new more aggressive sound

Band members Herman Houbrechts on drums, Steven Janssens on guitar, Jan Wygers on bass and new recruit: David Joris on keyboards.

The first Grooms EP entitled Ghost Rock is released on 23rd June. The full album, called 'Black Europa' followed soon afterwards.
