Hobbies of Today was a punk band from the Yorkshire town of Mexborough, United Kingdom.
Kevin Hobbi originally established a punk band named The Heat, who soon became The Hot. That name was then expanded to Hobbies Of Today. They recorded a self-financed single in 1977, which was never pressed because the pressing plant went bust. The original Hobbies Of Today then split up, but Hobbi has regularly brought the project back to life ever since in various different line-ups, one of which recorded the album Sex Detective in 2016.
