Tara Thomas (born in Houston, Texas) was a female R&B singer from the mid-'90s. Not much information is given about her, but she was signed to the Blunt Recordings record label.

In 1997, Tara released her only single "When You're in Love" featuring rapper C.L. Smooth. The song managed to peak at #84 on Billboard's Hot R&B Singles chart, staying on the chart for only 5 weeks.
