“I start associating your voice with ….”, for a while ML has been part of the NTS community, jingling around, airing his monthly 150 Session out of Berlin’s North, where all seasons give reasons. For clarification, creation, inspiration. One hour of poetic and musical explorations, questions, and curiosities. Circling around daring electronics, ethno-sonics, jazz-constructivism, minimalism, open structured digital dopamine, risky dub excitement and other sounds, that still need to be written. No country, no flag – outernational without a cause!
Manchester DJ Sameed plays a selection of tracks sampled by various hip hop artists.

"You work off of inspiration and while you let it flow into tracks it becomes a diary and that entry becomes a piece of history. If you are ever inclined to remind yourself of who you were, you put it on, listen to it and go ‘oh yeah!’. Sometimes it might make you smile or laugh and sometimes it might make you cringe—but it will always be a marker for who you were. You hope others make a connection and use this music to soundtrack the changing seasons to her/his own Years."

Years is the solo project/alter ego of Darkest Hour and City of Caterpillar drummer Ryan Parrish. With currently one release in the form of a split EP with ambient artist Ventoux, the project marks Parrish's first venture into atmospheric, meditative ambience and is a complete departure from the work of his day job in Darkest Hour.Band website: http://www.myspace.com/yearsrva Label website: http://www.magicbulletrecords.com/
Years was a UK post-punk band which included future Chameleons guitarists Dave Fielding and Reg Smithies. Christopher John Seddon was the only member not to later play in The Chameleons. The Come Dancing EP was their only release, from 1979. It comprised of three songs and was released on the label Tuff Going Music."You work off of inspiration and while you let it flow into tracks it becomes a diary and that entry becomes a piece of history.
