Downtown Party Network is a brand new duo from Lithuania, still in the first year of working together. One half of the project is DJ Saulty, the second being an experienced music producer Bradka. Saulty has been in the Lithuanian scene for about 10 years now, first learning to spin in his hometown, then moving to Vilnius and acquiring residency in one of the busiest downtown places – Cozy.
