Impromp2 has been played on NTS in shows including ABBY IMPERIAL, featured first on 22 June 2021. Songs played include Enjoy Yourself (G-Mix Edit), Can't Nobody and Tonight.

Impromp2 was formed in 1993 when Johnny Britt, originally a solo artist, decided he wanted to meld his smoky jazz trumpet and romantic soul singing with a like minded rapper. Wanting to do his own thing, he came up with the idea for Impromp2 then auditioned nearly 50 guys before finding the perfect partner in Sean Thomas.
