The Russians has been played on NTS in shows including Yesterday's News, featured first on 30 June 2021. Songs played include No Title and Anything She Wants.

They started in Northampton, England in 1979 and quickly got asked to do a session for BBC Radio 1 by legendary DJ John Peel. As well as the single, they released 3 home produced cassette albums. The Russians have just been featured in the December 2022 issue of Record Collector magazine as the single is now rare and valuable
