Sands has been played on NTS shows including The Athenian Marketplace , with Listen To The Sky first played on 27 August 2021.

Sands formed from the ashes of The Others in mid 1960s London. Their hit singles included 'Mrs Gillespie's Refrigerator' and 'Listen to the Sky.'
