Fairlight Children is an electroclash side project from Stephan Groth of Apoptygma Berzerk. The band has two other members, Tiff and Marianne, whose potential participation level beyond backing vocals has not been publicly discussed.

The band name was inspired by the vintage digital synthesizer Fairlight CMI, considered by many to be the quintessential sound of the 1980s.
