Linga, a word which can mean a characteristic mark or pattern and Sarira meaning to molder or to waste away is the drone/ambient persona of Tim Jackiw. Linga Sarira complete an amazing trilogy with in total over three hours of impressive drone/ambient music. This music composed over long periods alludes to themes of impermanence, abstract experiences and time. The first of this unique and very high quality trilogy calls Concrescence which means the amassing of particles into one, or growing together explores large movements of energy sweeping over or through the listener and opening up vast vistas or space inside the music.
