Les Olivensteins has been played on NTS shows including Yesterday's News, with Euthanasie first played on 24 January 2022.

The band was formed in April 1978 in Rouen. They named themselves after the psychoanalyst Claude Olievenstein. In June 1978 the group made its first concert and from that autumn Les Olivensteins continued playing in Normandy and Paris, the most famous being the concert with group Dogs.
