These days are a 4 piece rock/pop/punk band influenced by the likes of Foo Fighters and Brand New, who have an exciting and different way of looking at music, who see it as not just a hobby but as a passion to get the crowd jumping and singing along with their catchy choruses and punchy instrumentals.

These Days is a hardcore band from the San Francisco Bay Area. Formed in 2003, These Days recorded their 6 song demo in April and began playing shortly after that. The band found a home at Run For Cover Records and released a 7" entitled Death Sentence. Title Fight Records also released an accompanying CD version of the EP which included two unreleased tracks and the demo.

Having recently returned from a year long hiatus, they are once again playing the Bay Area and beyond in support of their latest release, a self-titled full length on This Blessing, This Curse records.
