W. H. Lung is a Manchester, United Kingdom-based dance rock band that blends indie, post-punk and synth pop with 1970s Berlin grooves. The band started in 2017 as a studio trio, but added members over time. Joe Evans (vocals), Tom Sharkett (guitar and synth), Alex Main (drums), Hannah Peace (vocals and synths) and Chris Mulligan (bass and synths). Named after a Chinese supermarket in Manchester, W. H. Lung released three full-length albums thus far: Incidental Music (2019), Vanities (2021) and Every Inch of Earth Pulsates (2024).
