Tippett Quartet was first played on NTS on 25 March 2018. Songs played include String Quartet No.1, Op.62, ('Already It Is Dusk').

The Tippett Quartet appear regularly at King’s Place, the Purcell Room, Wigmore Hall, the Queen Elizabeth Hall and Bridgewater Hall, and perform frequently on BBC Radio 3.
