Mapache has been played on NTS shows including The Cosmic Principle w/ Nick Mitchell Maiato, with I Love My Dog first played on 16 November 2022.

Mapache is Clay Finch and Sam Blasucci from Glendale, California. Both young musicians on guitar and vocals create a type of Alt-Country that could be also described as "Cosmic Americana".
