Voyds blend of rock has been described as grunge-core, though for Voyd, the music comes a distant second to live performance. The Saskatoon, Saskatchewan-based band combines punk and grunge to create the staple sound they were so well-known for. They released three albums and quit in 2007, after several break-up shows.
