Klára Körmendi has been played on NTS in shows including Claire Rousay, featured first on 10 April 2023. Songs played include Danse De Travers No. 1 and 12 Petits Chorals.

Klára Körmendi was born in Budapest and studied piano at the Bartok Conservatory and the Liszt Academy, receiving a diploma with distinction in 1967. Then enjoyed success in competitions and concert tours across Europe. She is especially interested in contemporary music, and has recordings of Satie, Boulez, Messiaen, Berio and Holliger.
