The Caretakers has been played on NTS shows including The Bennett Show, with East Side Story first played on 21 April 2023.

There are, at least, three bands known as The Caretakers:

1) 60s garage rock band (from San Bernadino, CA, USA tag as Caretakers), who released four singles, on three labels. Best known for their cover of East Side Story (Bob Seger). Bruce Robertson (lead singer), went on to record a rare psychedelic LP, as Garrett Lund.
