Flying Dr. has been played on NTS in shows including Soup To Nuts w/ Anu, featured first on 11 July 2023. Songs played include Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head.

Following "SOUND OF SOUND L.T.D." by Takeshi Inomata and Sound Limited, Flying Dr. Merry Floyd Sound was released as the second in the "Groovy Sound Series". A jazz rock album produced by Yasuo Shimura, who was in charge of flute in the GS band "The White Kicks" where Keitaro Miho and Akira Terao were also enrolled, with Masao Nakajima on the piano and arrangement.
