Lavarr The Starr was born an illusion ago in an otherwhere not unlike Chicago or Paris. He hears loudly the vibrations of the past but his music surfs the future waves. A keyboardist and programmer singer rapper in 2020 he was quoted as saying "some of my favorite singers can’t sing but they always all ways sound like love".
