Third Degree. A metal/ rapcore that was from Santa Rosa, Ca. They had one full length out on Resin Records around late '99 early '00 called "Stand Sure". Adam (vocals) and Brandon (drums) went on to form the bay area hardcore band S.E.E.D. (Souls Emancipated into Eternal Defiance).

Third Degree was also a Boston Hardcore band in the early 90's. The released a double 7 inch record on Al Quint's Suburban Voice Records.
