The Illusion were one of the most successful unknown psychedelic bands of their generation. Their personnel included Michael Ricciardella (drums), Richie Cerniglia (guitar), Chuck Alder (bass), Mike Maniscalco (guitar, keyboards), and John Vinci (vocals). They released three albums on Steed Label; "The Illusion" (1969), "Together (As A Way Of Life)" (1969), and "If It's So" (1970).
