Strategy's talents were respected early on, his first apperance being alongside Roots Manuva on the track "Trade Study" which featured on Krispy's LP 'From The Country'. After meeting Konny Kon (another Manchester born MC) he joined the Microdisiacs and recorded for Dominant 3rd and Landscape Records alongside Rodney P, Mark B & Mr Thing amongst others. The Micros also featured on Evil Ed's Tournament 2 EP on YNR, giving them regular attention across the country.
