Radio Werewolf

Radio Werewolf

Radio Werewolf has been played on NTS shows including Halloween on NTS, with 1960 Cadillac Hearse first played on 11 October 2019.

Radio Werewolf was formed in Los Angeles, United States in 1984 more as an organization taking it's roots from satanism rather than music. The line up was Nikolas Schreck (vocals), Nathan Pino (organ) and Evil Wilhelm (percussion). James "Filth" Collord was recruited to fill the bass position and the "band" was born! The band never used electric guitar as they always preferred a pure organ theme. Considered by many to have been the ultimate "Goth" band, the members never had any interest in that arena, but rather focused on pure music and dark themes from throughout the ages.

When madness took over Pino's mind in 1985, he was replaced by Paul F. Antonelli (lycanthropachord). This was the most productive line-up for Radio Werewolf and continued through 1988 when the group split up.

The band was signed to Gymnastic Records and Unclean Production

Wilhelm and Collord went on to form SYMPHONY OF TERROR and score plays in the Los Angeles area, Schreck has become a successful writer in Germany, and Antonelli continues to work in the Hollywood entertainment scene.
