Kassen has been played on NTS shows including Elena Colombi, with Grasp first played on 27 December 2023.

Kassen grew up in cold north of the Netherlands, in a village so small you'd greet everybody you'd meet on the street. He still has trouble kicking that habit while strolling the lonely back streets of The Hague's nights. He composes music and builds instruments for playing it, occasionally he releases music or advises on how to build instruments. From time to time Kassen engineers or masters recordings for his friends and a shared affection for jazz and dub made him play disco With Sami. His interests include complex systems, simple pleasures and very little in between.
