Nottingham Power Pop/Punk outfit The Favourites arose from the ashes of the much revered Nottingham band Plummet Airlines in late 1977.The band lasted two years, playing many fine concerts and producing two well received singles, S.O.S and Angelica, on 4-Play Records.
The Favourites 'New Feeling' album was finally released via Reckless on 29 September 2017. It is a previously unreleased album. It was originally recorded in 1978/79.
