Blackwood had two fronted vocalists: Taborah Adams who recorded the albums «Ride on the Rhythm», «In The City» and «I Am» and wrote hits like «Ride on the Rhythm», «My Love For You» and «I Am». In 1998 Taborah was supplied by Sheila Brody, who recorded the album «Friday Night».
