The legend of Rollie Fingers and his creepy mustache lives on. Culled from the ashes of Seattle-based band Orion's Belt with the likeness of a "Frankenstein's Monster", Rollie Fingers materialized in Portland, Oregon amidst the melodrama that was Y2K.
