Rhythm Section Radio was founded in 2009 and moved to NTS in 2012, and has since pulled out the stops breaking new music, promoting independent labels and paying homage to the greatest music from the past, through a perhaps unhealthy obsession with record digging.
"Shakshouka" is a dialectal arabic word used in North Africa to reflect an unexpected mixture of elements that wouldn’t naturally go together.

Creestal is a French DJ and producer. First becoming interested in Hip Hop through graffiti and graphic arts, Creestal quickly moved from tagging to beatmaking. In 1996, shortly after taking a sampling class with Imhotep of the French Hip Hop group IAM, Creestal formed the group Karkan with 2 friends (2 MCs and 1 DJ). A master of the sample, Creestal's music is largely comprised of old soul, jazz and blues songs.
In 2007 Creestal released his first solo album, Beat'em All.
