Apple Sauce is an Italian experimental band formed in 2016, known for blending metal influences with a unique and avant-garde twist. Their debut album, Apple Sauce 出鱈目, was meticulously composed over the following years and recorded in their home studio, with Federico Ascari from Wavemotion Recordings handling the mixing and mastering.

Over the years, the band has shared the stage with giants of the international metal scene, including Paledusk, The Conortionist, Ralph Salati (Destrage), The Voynich Code, Asymmetric Universe, and Folkstone.

In 2019, they signed with Los Angeles-based Famined Records, marking the beginning of a new era that culminated in the release of their debut album on September 11, 2020.

In 2021, Apple Sauce surprised everyone with their DIY single “deez_nugget:”, an extraordinary collaboration featuring renowned classical musicians from around the world, the band Breethoven, and Italian trapper brrradpitt. Just a few months later, on November 26, they released “Alexa” via Famined Records, further solidifying their position in the music scene.

The summer of 2022 saw the band embark on their first DIY tour, captivating audiences in clubs across Italy, Spain, Hungary, Germany, and Switzerland. In 2023, Apple Sauce underwent a radical lineup change, with Alberto Mezzanotte joining on drums (Nekomata, Aexylium) and Leo stepping in as the new frontman, marking the beginning of an even bolder and more revolutionary chapter.
